A Practice for Energetic and Spiritual Unity

This meditation is a profound practice for unifying your inner energy with a universal, compassionate presence. It focuses on the symbolic “two hearts”: your own embodied heart centre and the boundless, loving heart of the Divine or Higher Consciousness- often approached through the archetype of Jesus as a master of unconditional love.

The Core Concept: Heart-to-Heart Communion

As its essence, this is a practice of resonance. Just as one tuning fork can cause another to vibrate at the same frequency, this meditation seeks to harmonise the rhythm of your personal heart- the seat of your life force, emotion and intuition- with the foundational frequency of universal love and compassion.

The Guiding Principle of Connection:

The path of heart- centered connection, as taught by many wisdom traditions and religions through figures like Jesus, is not one of dogma, but of direct, experiential relationship.

  • Open Invitation: Connection begins with a conscious, internal “yes”- an opening of your own heart chakra
  • Gentle Receptivity: It requires softening and releasing burdens, allowing a state of peaceful abiding rather than forceful striving.
  • Loving Attention: The core practice is to rest your awareness in the felt sense of this loving presence, allowing mental chatter to settle.
  • Inner transformation: by dwelling in this resonance, your own inner state is subtly transformed, becoming more compassionate, peaceful, and energised. And through that, being energetically and vibrationally uplifted.
  • Outflowing Service: A heart truly aligned naturally extends its energy outward as kindness, empathy, and conscious action in the world.

The Meditation Practise ( about 30 minutes )

  1. Cleanse your body/ release stagnations in doing some exercises for some minutes ( like shaking out arms and legs, stretching ) as to prepare the body for the high pranic energy being generated. You could also use breathing exercises, and in our next presencial practise I am going to lead you through a combined practise.
  2. Ask for Spiritual Guidance Sit down comfortably with a naturally straight back and either put your hands in prayer position or let them rest in your lap with the palms facing upward. Close your eyes and ask for guidance by whom you feel guided ( Jesus Christ/Maria for Christians, Buddha for Buddhists, Shiva, Krishna or your Guru for Hindus, ecclectics to the Highest Universal Entity, and so on…) You can create your own personal little prayer for that, or just use your normal one.
  3. Connect the tip of your tongue to the top of your gum. This is the so-called Kechari-Mudra. Like this, the different channels are connected and enhance the level and circulation of the energy.
  4. Activate your heart chakra: Put your hand for some seconds onto your heart chakra and concentrate on it. Feel it. When you sense the loving care it has for you, send this energy outward. Lift your hands to the same height as your heart, palms showing foreward and now imagine a small, blue ball floating in front of you. Imagine this beautiful planet with these billions of people on it, and just send it your unconditional love. Feel your love, see your love floating through the world, bringing hope, love, and release to those who need it. As a pranic healer, I’ve studied the work of Choa Kok Sui and really love his approach to using the famous prayer attributed to St Francis of Assisi:

Prayer of peace, attributed to Saint Francis of Assisi ( though it’s only mentioned in 1912)

Lord, make me an instrument of your peace:
Where there is hatred, let me sow love;
Where there is injury, pardon;
Where there is doubt, faith;
Where there is despair, hope;
Where there is darkness, light;
Where there is sadness, joy.

O Divine Master, grant that I may not so much seek
To be consoled as to console;
To be understood as to understand;
To be loved as to love.

Use this beautiful prayer to become a channel of love, of forgiveness. Serve the world by giving your loving attention, your blessing and your belief. Let the Grace of God flow through you and out of you to where it is needed. Imagine the world being surrounded by a pinkish-golden light that shines stronger and stronger.

5. Activate your crown chakra

You can touch and press your crown chakra on top of your head slightly, if you want or just direct your concentration onto it. Feel your connection to God and, once again, imagine yourself as a vessel for this unconditional love, for the kindness of grace flowing through you, enlightening your whole being. Be a beacon of light.

6. Meditate on your heart and crown chakra at the same time

Imagine the light getting brighter around your heart chakra when you inhale, and expand that light around you when you exhale. This will help to regulate and direct the energy of these chakras, opening your path to deeper, innate wisdom and peace. Breathe consciously while you now imagine this bright light above your head.

Chant or say your Amen or Om, having a little pause between the repetitions for a couple of minutes.

7. Rest in silence in the awareness of unconditional love, joy and peace.

Practised regularly, it will not only raise your awareness but also start subtle shifts within your whole energetic body.

The 2-Minute Emergency Reset

(When you don’t have 30 minutes, do this:)

  • Shake it Out: Shake your hands and feet for 30 seconds to break the cortisol loop.
  • The Circuit: Touch your tongue to the roof of your mouth. Breathe.
  • The Yes: Place your hand on your heart and say an internal “Yes” to peace.
  • The Blue Ball: Visualise the Earth. Send love from your heart to the world for 60 seconds.
  • The Echo: Whisper “Lord, make me an instrument of your peace.”
